Reflexology is the gentle and firm pressure point massage of reflex points in the feet, hands, face and other areas of the body to help relax and encourage the body to heal itself. This methodology works through the meridians and the vascular & central nervous systems. Reflexology approaches the body as a whole, supporting overall well-being and enabling your body to concentrate healing energies wherever they are needed. It has been shown to improve circulation and is used as complementary care for people with a variety of conditions. To receive reflexology you will lie on a massage table or sit in a reclining chair. After a session, you may feel calm and relaxed or you may experience a feeling of energy and rejuvenation. The more often you receive reflexology, the more benefits you are likely to notice.

Facial/Scalp Reflexology

A profoundly relaxing yet powerful therapy that balances the whole body through stimulation of reflex zones in the face and scalp. It also provides a “mini face lift” as it provides resistance to the facial muscles and promotes circulation to rejuvenate skin tone and elasticity. A pleasant and relaxing treatment which gives the face newfound energy or glow and helps to prevent sagging skin. The treatment is complemented by at-home resistance exercises to strengthen muscles that have lost elasticity and tone.

Foot Reflexology

Your session will commence with hot towels/Japanese mint oil to freshen and clean the feet prior to a gentle but firm pressure point stimulation of over 7,000 nerve endings and conclude with a relaxation massage of the foot, lower leg and calf.

OPTION: Add Vitaflex (Essential Oils) or paraffin wax - for a real treat for the feet!

Hand Reflexology

Hand reflexology is a holistic and natural form of therapy that can target your key body systems from the palm of your hand. Hand reflexology defines specific zones, pressure points, and energy centres located on the palm and backs of your hands; when these areas are stimulated, different organs and functions of the body are affected. Your session will conclude with a relaxation massage of arm and shoulder.

OPTION: Add paraffin wax for an extra treat!

Head to Toe Reflexology (1.5 hour or 2 hour session)
