When you book an appointment, I have respectfully reserved that time just for you and I rely on your commitment to uphold that booking. Cancelling at short notice or not showing up prevents me from accommodating other clients in need of treatment and as a small business owner, this also results in loss of income. Please notify me as soon as possible if you have an emergency or become unwell and I will take all situations into consideration.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or make changes to your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty by texting me at 780-299-5374. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for your treatment.

Late Policy: While I understand that sometimes it is unavoidable to be late, please let me know via text if you are running behind and I will do my best to accommodate you; however your service may have to be shortened or cancelled depending on the circumstances and to honour other clients who may be scheduled after you. Please note that you are still responsible to payment of full service booked.

No-Shows: You will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment time.
